Friday, started from Poolewe (15:25), cycled and walked in via Beinn Airigh Charr (19:30) to camp (20:45)

Saturday, started from camp (8:35), A'Mhaighdean (11:35), Beinn a'Chaisgein Mor (14:45) and return to camp (16:30)

Saturday evening, from camp (17:15), Beinn Lair (19:15), return to camp (20:15)

Sunday, leave camp (9:30), arrive Poolewe (12:15)
